Our Managing Director is responsible for approving and contributing to our Sustainability reports and strategy.

At present directors attend regular Sustainability Review and Update meetings where any changes / targets are agreed, set and reviewed.

We\'ve not started managing climate risks yet, We\'ve started to prioritise climate risks

We have started a Horizon Mapping process where risks are identified and logged. In particular this includes risks surrounding climate events and impacts on our supply chains as well as labour and human rights risks.

Yes

We have updated our environmental and ESG policies. We have developed a Sustainable Procurement Policy and communicated this to all of our suppliers. We have developed a Sustainable assessment tool which has been sent to all suppliers and is being reviewed to enable us to identify and promote our most sustainable products. We are working with logistics providers to gather accurate Scope 3 data and encourage steps to reduce climate impact of this.

By breaking down the emissions into Scopes and by country, it was evident that our Scope 2 emissions went up slightly, likely due to increased recruitment of employees and increased electric car use. Our Scope 1 emissions increased primarily as a result of increased heating use. Our Scope 1 emissions from vehicles however went down slightly due to more fuel-efficient vehicles in the business fleet. We are anticipating a reduction in Scope 2 going forward due to a switch to renewable energy.
