in 2023 we moved to a much reduced serviced office space - which is BCorp certified. This has allowed us to continue our journey to towards our targets. In addition we have moved to an environmentally friendly hosting for our website and continue to educate the team on reducing emissions.

We have experienced some barriers to providing Scope 2 data in that we pay a combined service charge which is not broken down into its component parts. Therefore we have estimated individual areas as best we can based on industry best practice guidance. All other emissions are based on actual spend with all possible calculations made by Normative.io.

We have moved to smaller offices, serviced by a B-Corp company. We also work with our IT provider to ensure assets are disposed of in the most responsible way. We also ensure that our data server is environmentally friendly and that we focus on reducing data size.

Owing to Covid, the move to a hybrid working model and the move to a smaller office and fully hybrid model in December 2023, our results have fluctuated significantly. Particularly with employee commuting.
