Savient Limited are a resolute and professional team of thirty-one software consultants, engineers, testers, and operational staff based in Cheltenham. Operating in the cyber tech community in Cheltenham we help businesses to solve problems and transform software delivery in the world’s leading organisations. Savient Limited makes our customers data work for them. Our mission is to make their life easier, collaborating with our customers to scope and design solutions that provide an initiative-taking view on their organisation\'s data to enable them to make the right decisions at the right time. We have a range of tools enabling us to design and build solutions for organisations of any size and our team of experienced consultants ensure our work solves our customer’s problems and delivers value. Our heritage is in bespoke software consultancy and systems integration, specialising in big data systems across both public and private sector so our customers can be confident our team bring decades of relevant experience. As well as our consultancy work, we have a team of product software engineers who, in January 2024, launched our new product, Savitrace, which is game changing fraud detection software for financial investigators. This is a tool for financial and legal professionals who have a requirement to conduct complex fraud and financial investigations. Designed by practitioners, for practitioners we do the ‘heavy lifting’, making it quick and easy to trace fund movements across multiple accounts and ‘follow the trail’ in a simple and legally defensible way, to get to outcomes sooner and with lower cost. We also have a data platform that has security, compliance, and scalability at its core which we can use alongside our expert consultants to tailor to our customer’s data needs to achieve the business outcome they want. This is an exciting time for Savient Limited as we scope the opportunity of launching our new product Savitrace and as well as our scalable data platform. Alongside our many roles within software delivery we deliver a successful corporate social responsibility and wellbeing strategy for the company that creates opportunities for our employees. Savient was awarded a silver CSR (corporate social responsibility) accreditation, as well as International CSR Excellence Award in 2023 and International Green environmental award in November 2024. We support local initiatives focusing on social, environmental, workplace, community, and philanthropic projects. The accreditation has shown how we have integrated social responsibility initiatives through our business operations and invest in social values as an essential part of our organisation culture. We currently have three T-Level students from Cirencester college completing their industry placement work experience each Thursday as they study for the digital, production and design course and have employed our first two apprentice software engineers in recent months. This shows our commitment and willingness to encourage more people into an IT and STEM career and show them the possibilities for them at Savient Limited. Our reputation within the community has outpaced our growth and others regularly come to us for advice on how we have managed to deliver so much given our size. “Successful, impactful project work with a strong reputation of Savient which either results in or brings respect for the skill level of all the team and confidence in each other\'s abilities involvement with outreach events. Feeling part of a good company culture and enjoying coming to work” (employee feedback)
